Move-Out/Turn Cleaning

Individual Rooms & Suites

Dust and disinfect all surfaces (desks, shelves, etc.). Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors. Spot clean walls and baseboards. Clean and disinfect door handles and light switches.

​Kitchenette Cleaning & Sanitization

Clean and disinfect countertops and sink. Clean microwave (interior/exterior). Wipe down appliance exteriors. Sweep and mop floors. Empty trash and recycling bins.

Scrub and disinfect toilet, shower/tub, sink, and countertops. Clean and polish mirrors. Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant.

Clean and disinfect countertops and sinks. Wipe down appliance exteriors and clean microwave interior. Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant. Disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, appliance handles). Empty trash and recycling. *Oven cleaning can be negotiated.
