Student Housing Move-Out/Turn Cleaning Services
(Per Unit):

Kitchen Deep Clean:
Disinfect countertops and surfaces. Clean and degrease stovetop and oven (interior and exterior). Clean microwave (interior and exterior). Clean refrigerator/freezer (interior and exterior, removing any leftover items if requested). Clean dishwasher (exterior and interior, ensuring it's empty). Wipe down all cabinets and drawers (exterior). Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet. Sweep and mop or vacuum floors.

Bedroom and Common Areas:
Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, window sills, light fixtures). Vacuum or sweep and mop floors (including under furniture). Spot clean walls and baseboards to remove marks and scuffs. Clean interior windows and window tracks. Clean door handles and light switches. Empty trash cans.

Bathroom Deep Clean:
Disinfect and scrub toilets (interior and exterior). Clean and disinfect showers and tubs (including walls and doors/curtains). Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops. Clean and polish mirrors. Wipe down all bathroom fixtures (towel bars, toilet paper holders). Sweep and mop floors. Wipe down any shelving or storage units.

General Unit Cleaning:
Thorough dusting throughout the entire unit. Vacuuming or mopping all flooring surfaces. Spot cleaning of any noticeable marks on walls or doors. Wiping down baseboards. Cleaning of all interior doors. Cleaning of light switch plates and outlet covers.
Student Housing Common Area Cleaning Services
(Weekly & Break Periods):

Lounges and Common Areas:
Dust all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, furniture). Vacuum or sweep and mop floors. Spot clean walls and baseboards as needed. Clean door handles and light switches. Clean accessible interior windows and window tracks. Wipe down furniture (upholstered and hard surfaces). Empty trash and recycling bins.

Common Bathrooms:
Clean and disinfect toilets (interior and exterior). Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops. Clean and polish mirrors. Wipe down all bathroom fixtures (towel bars, soap dispensers). Sweep and mop floors. Empty trash cans and replace liners. Restock paper towels and soap dispensers.

Hallways and Entryways:
Sweep or vacuum floors and stairs. Mop hard floors. Dust railings, banisters, and other accessible surfaces. Spot clean walls as needed. Clean door handles and light switches. Clean entry doors and glass.
Break Cleaning (Summer, Winter, Spring):
During break periods, we offer more intensive cleaning of common areas, often including tasks like:

Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including less accessible areas.

Online Work Orders
Members can easily submit maintenance requests online through their resident portal, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Enhanced Curb Appeal
Ensuring clear signage and wayfinding, and keeping walkways, landscaping, and common outdoor areas tidy and inviting.

Painting & Patching
We handle everything from touch-up painting in high-traffic areas and patching minor drywall damage in units and common spaces to full repaints during unit turnovers and upkeep of common area walls.

Landscaping Care
Our services include lawn care (mowing, fertilizing as needed), shrub and tree trimming, seasonal planting, leaf removal, and ensuring pathways and parking areas are clear and safe.

General Handyman Services
This covers tasks such as fixing leaky faucets and toilets, repairing or replacing light fixtures, addressing minor plumbing and electrical issues, repairing doors and windows, assembling furniture (in common areas), and tackling various other general repairs.

Exterior Upkeep
Proactive maintenance to protect the structural integrity and appearance of the apartment buildings' exteriors.

24/7 Emergency Response​
Providing round-the-clock support for urgent maintenance issues that impact student safety and well-being.

Move-In & Turn Support
This includes coordinating maintenance tasks needed during unit turnovers, such as necessary repairs, and ensuring the apartments are clean and ready for occupancy, contributing to a smooth move-in experience for students.
